Pay by card at checkout. Every order is confirmed by email before it ships, and an order we cannot fulfil is refunded in full.

Policy
List prices are shown in US dollars for each strength. You pay by card at checkout, and the payment is taken when you place the order; we confirm the order by email, and if we cannot fulfil it we refund the payment in full. Where a price reads "Price on request", that strength cannot be bought online yet: ask us about pricing, and no offer to sell is made until we send a quotation.
Policy
Orders ship within the United States only, by USPS. Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail, usually 1–3 business days in transit) is $10 per order, and free on orders of $200 or more; Express (USPS Priority Mail Express, usually 1–2 business days in transit) is $40 per order. You choose the speed at checkout, and the shipping charge is shown in your total before you pay. We email tracking details when an order ships. An order may ship in more than one package; if it does, we tell you, and you are never charged more than the total you paid. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.
Policy
For quality and safety reasons, research compounds cannot be returned once they have shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos, and we will replace the item or refund it in full. An order cancelled before it ships is refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
