1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Peptide Perfect, operated by PEPTIDE PERFECT LLC ("Peptide Perfect," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and may not purchase products from us.

These Terms operate alongside our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Research Use Only Policy.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes a transaction or activity prohibited by applicable law.

2. Research Use Only — Product Restrictions

Products expressly designated by Peptide Perfect as research compounds are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory research, chemical analysis, analytical testing, and other legitimate nonclinical scientific purposes.

Unless expressly and lawfully identified otherwise, our research compounds are:

• NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
• NOT FOR VETERINARY USE.
• NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL ADMINISTRATION.
• NOT FOR INJECTION, INGESTION, INHALATION, OR TOPICAL APPLICATION TO HUMANS OR ANIMALS.
• NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, MITIGATE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.
• NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONAL WELLNESS, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, BODYBUILDING, PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT, OR COSMETIC USE.

Research-use-only products are not represented as FDA-approved medications or approved for clinical treatment.

The presence of a research-use label or disclaimer does not establish that a product is exempt from applicable FDA or other regulatory requirements.

Peptide Perfect offers products only to the extent their sale and distribution are lawful.

3. Purchaser Age and Eligibility Requirements

All purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are legally authorized to purchase and possess the products ordered.
• Your purchases are exclusively for legitimate and lawful research purposes.
• You possess, or are duly authorized to access, appropriate laboratory qualifications, facilities, and research resources.
• You understand the restrictions governing research compounds.
• You will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• All identification, billing, shipping, and purchasing information you provide is accurate.

Peptide Perfect may refuse or cancel orders from purchasers who fail to satisfy these requirements.

The minimum purchasing age of 21 is a company policy and does not replace any additional legal restrictions.

4. Laboratory Credentials and Verification

PEPTIDE PERFECT LLC requires customers to be capable of demonstrating legitimate laboratory research qualifications when requested.

Laboratory credentials are not routinely collected with every transaction. However, purchasers must be able to provide valid, verifiable laboratory credentials or other appropriate documentation establishing their legitimate research qualifications and intended use upon request.

Documentation may include, as appropriate:

• Laboratory or institutional affiliation.
• Professional research credentials.
• Evidence of authorization to purchase on behalf of a laboratory.
• Documentation of the intended lawful research activity.

Peptide Perfect will conduct any verification required by applicable law, even where that verification is more extensive than our ordinary procedures.

A purchaser's certification does not replace any required license, authorization, or other legal condition for a transaction.

5. Prohibited Uses and Activities

Purchasers agree not to:

• Administer research compounds to humans or animals.
• Use research compounds for self-experimentation, medical treatment, or personal enhancement.
• Use products in research that requires approvals or authorizations the purchaser has not obtained.
• Redistribute products for unauthorized medical or veterinary purposes.
• Misrepresent laboratory affiliation or research qualifications.
• Provide false or misleading purchase information.
• Circumvent any purchasing, shipping, or regulatory restriction.
• Use the website or its products for unlawful purposes.

Peptide Perfect may suspend accounts, refuse transactions, or take other lawful action when we reasonably suspect misuse or violations of these Terms.

6. Product Specifications, Testing, and Quality Documentation

Peptide Perfect seeks to provide accurate product-identification and specification information based on available documentation.

Where supplied, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) may describe analytical findings associated with a particular product or batch.

COAs and other testing records do not, by themselves, establish:

• FDA approval.
• Suitability for human or animal use.
• Pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing.
• Sterility or absence of endotoxins.
• Clinical safety or effectiveness.
• Compliance with all applicable laws.

Product purity, concentration, quantity, storage conditions, and other specifications will be represented only where supported by appropriate information.

Testing and documentation may differ by product or batch. Peptide Perfect will not knowingly misrepresent testing results or regulatory status.

Purchasers must independently determine whether a product meets their lawful research requirements.

7. Scientific Information and Medical Disclaimer

Content appearing on the Peptide Perfect website is provided for general scientific, educational, and product-identification purposes.

Nothing on the website constitutes medical or veterinary advice.

Scientific publications, research summaries, technical descriptions, or third-party materials should not be interpreted as an endorsement of human or animal administration.

Peptide Perfect does not provide individualized medical advice, clinical treatment recommendations, or instructions for administering research compounds to humans or animals.

No information on our website should be interpreted as establishing that a research compound is approved, safe, or effective for clinical use.

8. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

By submitting an order, the purchaser authorizes the applicable charges and agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Peptide Perfect reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:

• Correct genuine pricing or listing errors.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Reject fraudulent transactions.
• Decline orders that fail eligibility or regulatory requirements.

An order confirmation acknowledges submission and does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

We will maintain a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timeframes.

If fulfillment is delayed, purchasers will receive any legally required opportunity to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users may not:

14. Intellectual Property

The Peptide Perfect name, logos, original designs, photographs, website content, and proprietary materials belong to PEPTIDE PERFECT LLC or their respective lawful owners.

This obligation does not apply to claims caused by Peptide Perfect's own wrongful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
