What you send us
When you send a request, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you give one), your notes, and the compounds, strengths and quantities in your bag. For an order we also record when you confirmed research use and which version of that confirmation was shown. The internal request email may include the first and most recent campaign labels, landing-page path and referring-site hostname associated with your visit. It never includes a full referring URL, URL query, advertising click ID or the contents of another page. We use this information to answer your request, keep a record of it and understand which outreach led to genuine enquiries. When you pay by card we also receive your phone number and your shipping and billing addresses, and we record the order: what you bought, the amounts, the payment's status and Square's payment reference.

How requests and orders are handled
Requests and order confirmations reach our inbox by email through Resend, our email provider, and a copy of your request or your receipt is emailed to you. Card payments are processed by Square. Paid orders are recorded in our order database, hosted by Neon. This site is hosted by Vercel. Each of them processes this information on our behalf.

Your connection
To limit abuse, the site briefly counts requests by network address. With an order's research-use confirmation we keep a one-way coded form of that address, not the address itself.

Stored in your browser
Your bag, your motion setting, your answers to the age question and the Terms consent, and whether you have already seen the opening sequence are kept in your own browser's storage; the age and Terms answers last only until you close the tab, and you are asked again on your next visit. Nothing about them reaches us, except the contents of your bag when you check out or send a request. We also keep privacy-bounded first- and last-touch acquisition details in browser storage for no more than 90 days: campaign labels, landing-page path and referring-site hostname only. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control prevents that acquisition storage. You can remove all of it at any time by clearing this site's browser data.

Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading speed in aggregate. When configured, it also uses PostHog to measure page views and the submitted and delivered steps of contact and order requests. PostHog autocapture, session replay, surveys, person profiles and advertising features are disabled; it receives no names, email addresses, messages, bag contents, campaign labels or compound interests. Product-detail paths are normalized before analytics are sent. We send only that normalized page path, device and performance context supplied by the analytics tools, and the bounded landing-path and referring-hostname fields described above. PostHog uses browser storage for a pseudonymous browser identifier but this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables PostHog. Analytics data is not sold or used for advertising.

Email updates
If you separately check the consent box and submit your email in the site footer, Resend stores that address in our email-updates segment so we can send occasional research, product and laboratory updates. Every marketing email must provide a way to unsubscribe. A footer form submission will not reactivate an address that is already marked unsubscribed; the suppression is kept so that preference remains effective. Resend processes the address on our behalf. We do not sell it or share it for another company's advertising.

Payment
Card payments are taken by Square. You enter your card details into Square's secure payment form, and they go straight to Square: they never reach our servers, and we do not store card numbers. We keep only Square's reference for the payment and its outcome.

Requests and orders are kept in our email and order records for as long as we need them to fulfil and account for orders. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email peptideperfect@outlook.com.
